Assalamualikum everyone. I am @hasnahena. I am delighted to participate in the "Favorite Movie or Book Quote" contest. Today I have written about my all-time favorite book quote.
My all-time favorite book quote is from the book "Before The Coffee Gets Cold." It was originally written in Japanese by Toshikazu Kawaguchi and translated into English by Geoffrey Trousselot.
Here are some of my favorite quotes and how these quotes inspire/motivate/connect with me.
This heartfelt quote was the realization of how little we know about the people we live with every day and how those unknown parts of them can change our lives.
This quote made me understand that every action should be taken, considering the consequences. A simple slip of the tongue or a moment of silence, both can change a life.

This is the truth about life that only a few people realize. We always forget that Allah knows what is best for us and only gives us the difficulties he knows we can bear. We always forget to keep faith in him and break down. But in the end, as life goes on, everything somehow works out.
This quote motivated me to be truthful and speak up whenever I should.

Here is a brief summary or context of the book that the quotes are from.
Before The Coffee Gets, Cold is a simple and softly emotional fictional book. The book revolves around the bittersweet story of eight people who somehow end up in the cafe, which can take them to the past or future. But there are too many ridiculous rules to go to time travel, and the present won't change no matter what the person does after time travel. Also, the process is highly risky, and one can get trapped in the past or future if they don't follow the main rule, which is returning to the present before the coffee gets cold. Yet the characters feel desperate to return to the past or future. The time travel, though, changed nothing of their present, and yet their lives changed. The book beautifully portrays how we don't say the right things on time, how we can't always be with our loved ones no matter how much we want to, how we don't care for our close ones properly, and how we barely have any idea about others feelings. At last, all the characters of the book get a chance to fix their mistakes and get their closure while leaving us the lesson.
