I can't agree more with you that gratitude makes one happy 😊 indeed it's important can't be overemphasized, we should always show ourselves thankful. I appreciate your entry!

I was raised by a woman who has spent her life grateful, despite the difficulties, it is something I have always practiced.
Added to the above, it is gratifying when we thank or receive a thank you from other people.
