Marriage is a beautiful thing when the two partners are in love and they both understand what is love and they were not forced into it. When you choose your partner on your own based on what you need and not what other sees you both will live in peace and love.

Let me take you to my little love story ❤️ my crony is my dream man it wasn't easy to make the choice but I'm grateful I did and I never regret getting married to my love.

Is your current partner your choice and ideal partner? How did you struggle to get it? Tell us about your heroic struggle.

Yes he is my choice and ideal partner, the struggle was not easy but we scale through. You know the idea of living with someone you don't really know is not easy, so i had to talk to myself and accept the fact that I will be getting married but fear didn't let me accept it. I struggle to let go of fear of is he the right person? I'm I making a good choice?

The struggle of making this decision with my head was not easy, alt this point there were two person who was interested in me but I didn't know who is the right person. I had what I really needed in a man I wanted to get married to and so the both of them had it, but on the other hand I don't need two person I needed one. One action took by both of them makes me know who really have genuine interest in me.

This is what I did I told one of them I had someone who is interested in me but the question he asked was Do you love him? My answer was I don't love you either well till today I don't know how he got the details of the second person and confronted him to ask him the same question he asked me but the guy said he loves me only that he is not ready for marriage yet, that's when he told him that he want to marry me so if he is not ready for marriage he should stay clear from me. He came back and told me that the other guy won't disturb me again so can we proceed?

I also told the second person I had someone that is interested in me, his reaction shocked me, he pleaded I should not go to the person, that he loves me so much, he keeps saying things to let me see the other person as inferior and wouldn't make a good husband.

To cut my story short, I finally concluded my decision based on the maturity each showed in handling the issue. And truly till today the second guy is not yet ready for marriage as he said. I'm grateful I was able to win my struggles.

What are the obstacles you faced when you wanted to get married, or why haven't you gotten married yet?

Naturally Satan is not always happy when two people get married, so he will do all possible thing to make sure that he scatter it. The obstacles was not easy, first my husband was involved in a car accident that his car was damaged beyond repair but he was very fine, I didn't have a job as at that time but I was active in steemit. My side hustling that I was introduced to and I invested so much in it crashed, my husband was introduced to an online networking business and he invested so much in it, this business crashed also. It wasn't an easy thing and all this happens after he came to see my parents.

What are the criteria for your ideal partner?

The heart is more treacherous than anything else, so while choosing a partner I didn't use my heart so it won't deceive me so I used my head. I look beyond Physical appearance, my number 1 criteria is spirituality, someone that share the same believe with me. Second criteria is love, once he loves me every other qualities will be manifested, I got this clue from an accident book own by the originator of marriage at 1corinthians 13:4-8 it says;

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous. It does not brag, does not get puffed up, does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury. It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails.

So with love, every other thing is covered.

Do you prioritize beauty or comfort in communication? Why?

Fun to be partner

Beauty without Good communication manner doesn't work, Good communication is one of the key in marriage it is like a bridge that keeps the both of you connected. You need to communicate to know what each of you like or dislike, what to do, plans, both of you are team so you communicate for your team to grow well and succed. My husband is my gist partner, my gossip mate this unite us together.

What is your measure of happiness when you get married?

I'm already married, my happiness is we are not only in love but we are staying in love, we love each other and we do all possible thing to make sure our love last forever with this we will always be happy. We joyfully received our bundle of joy and so raising her is our responsibility we want to do this with happiness and love. Simply put, my happiness is having a successful family and that is to say I and my partner need to work as a team, be commited, be forgiving and respect each other.

What do you think about early marriage or older marriage?

Marriage doesn't have age limit but just as the originator of marriage said in his book to us we need to be mature, we need to pass the bloom of youth. Marriage is more than age it takes maturity to tolerate and live with someone for the rest of your years. If you marry early enjoy the wife or husband of your youth, having peace of mind and enjoying lasting love is the key.
