You're welcome to Another amazing contest here in @steembetterlife community and the theme is Laughter is the Best Medicine.

In my post i will be discussing about why laughter is the best medicine, and what always make me laugh anytime i remember it.
But first of all i want to use this opportunity to thank @steembetterlife for doing all his best to make sure the community grow by creating interesting contest.

WHAT IS LAUGHTER

LAUGHTER : According to my own understanding, it can be difine as a way of expressing emotions like delight, mirth, Happiness, joy or derision by making a spontaneous sound.

TELL US WHY YOU SAY LAUGHTER IS THE BEST MEDICINE

The reason why i think laughter is the best medicine is that;
✔️ It's helps strengthen the immune system- laughing always really helps a lot in strengthening iur immune system, because it increase the antibodies which helps in battling disease and infection in our body system.

✔️ It acts as a natural pain relief- When we laugh it releases endorphins which are the tiny neurochemicals in the body system that as pain relievers.

✔️ It Reduce Stree- Stree is something that we all experience because of the numerous Activities we engage ourselves in, and also we need to laugh in order to help reduce the stress because laughing lowers the cortisol level in the human bloodstream.

THE PRANK THAT MAKES ME LAUGH WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT

Back then when I was in secondary school which was a boarding school, i was living in the staff quaters because my Dad was a teacher in the school.

Every evening all the boarders will go to their prep classes to read their books, and sometimes i always join them cause i was also a student there.

One Thursday evening we were in the prep class discussing and talking about ghost and scary stuff like that, one of the student said that he want to go to toilet that i should come and wait for him because he was afraid and the school toilet was far from the prep class, i refuse and he went alone.

Immediately he went i rush to the house and carry a long stick and a big white bedspread, then i tie the clothe on the long stick then i hold it straight into the sky outside where the toilet was and it was very dark that evening.

So when the boy came out he saw the big white cloth in the sky, he shouted so loud and called for help but nobody was there to help, he had to ran straight to the nearby staff house.

He cried and told the man that ghost was after him. Me and my friends we laugh and laugh till tears came out from our eyes, when he came back to the prep class everyone laugh at him and told him that it wasn't a ghost that it was me who prank him.

CONCLUSION

Laughing is very important and it's something we must always do cause it helps a lot in our body and also doesn't have any side effects.
