The world inventions; The history and the case of the Arendal week!

You probably know it, but Arendal is a city and municipality in the county of Agder, Norway. And it is located in the southern part of Norway, east from Kristiansand. And we are having the Arendal week here, and this is about a political gathering, and there is open debate and many reflections about what is happening in business life, and the more inside information we have from the best and biggest companies in the private sector, the better knowledges we have of the challenges and what to do.

So, open up our minds, and rigging up some stands, that is the way that the democracy is functioning, and we should use presentations and chatting and written reports about what is having actions in the business life, and what is good for the welfare, and if there are critical points that need to be treated and taken care of.

The Arendal week is happening in 2022 from 15 August to 19 August. And we need to use people in the organizations, in the business life and in the business schools to explain what is happening and what can be done, and the objective of this week is to make you a bit wiser when going home, when you were when entering the city of Arendal.

The Arendal week is a pretty new festival, and the first festival was held in August 2012. And the Arendal week is there to know what is going on in different parts of the nations when earning money on some products to the pleasure of the population. And the democracy is going on with statements, and critic related to the statements, and there is much that is happening from day to day, and many of us can develop ourselves pretty much during the life, and every second we can grasp of the life, means that we are doing something important. And the things we are doing should be with care and with thoughts, and that metaphor is to eat just some pieces of the chocolate, and not eating the whole chocolate in fast ways, and Norways youngest professor ever since, that was professor Arne Neass in philosophy is telling us that. It is not with being the whole market, but it is the quality that you can do in the dialogues and conversations that are doing the life even more interesting, challenging and exciting. And although we can do all kinds of things, just have a focus and a concentration, and make people and organizations pleased and satisfied with what you and I are doing.

What are we talking about during the Arendal week, and what is on the agenda to many people and many organizations these days? Well, many things are happening, and there are professors and business leaders and politicians being there. And there are as many problems and areas of understanding as there are people, but the most interesting areas if we should mention ten of the most actual are: Climate and environment, health, business life, other things that have happened during the year and earlier years up to know, and what these things imply. We are also chatting about digitization, working, democracy, urban and regional development, education and international problems and issues that is happening within the environments where there are people.

We should be friends with as many people as possible, and giving the ability and capability of talking to all kinds of people in domestic and in foreign areas is making you and me as qualified for all kinds of selling and marketing behavior. And much in business are about using price and quality to make sensible strategies, and sometimes we are using a combinations of them. And we should use our kinds of creativity and fantasy when making new and exciting products and profiles.

The Arendal week was started as a private initiative with the help of sponsors. The principles behind the Arendal week are that this week should be open for anybody, the arrangements should be free, and it is not allowed to recruit members or to sell products. And the most important in marketing is the product, and the better the product, the more we can sell. But the customers and the potential customers should be willing to buy, and they should meet their satisfaction levels.
