RE: Contest | 25-Word Comment - Monkey Business | work - 6 Steem
In my country, most employers here don't have respect for their employees. They keep demanding more from their employees and don't even appreciate them or give them any form of incentives. They spend long hours working for a meagre amount of salary.
The few that are good employers have some really grumpy employees that don't want to do any hardwork.
Due to the lack of good work relationship between employers and employees here, the quality of services provided here is very poor.
There are some good ones though. It's not that bad.
I see that everywhere. It was with me and it's the same with my children. Six months my youngest worked and even told the new managers how to do the job right. The contract signed is ignored and no matter what she said no one cared. It's strange because if ti would be the other way round...
It would help if all employees would stand up and refuse. The fact is that we sell our knowledge and skills and employers should be happy to have us because it benefits them but only if we are skilled and good at our job.
I don't believe the average employer likes employees smarter than s/he is and they want young and stupid so they can tell them what to do but at the same time this person should also have ten years workexperiences which is impossible. Let us not forget there are good employers as well and very nasty employees. I must say I was most of the times lucky with the jobs I had. Own office, I could do as I like and was appreciated. The only problem was I worked alone, hands were tied and no money to hire a second employee so no free days for me and being ill was a problem as well.
#wewrite & #comment and I hope you will too. A great day to you, enjoy and work for your own paradise on earth.
Looking down on any one is a very wrong moral conduct. Some employers go as far as withholding due wages of employees.
However respect is a two way thing
employers and should always be balanced
