STEEM Investing Contest 18th Edition | Powering Up 70 STEEM | by @benjamin09
50% beneficiary to charity account @worldsmile.
Greetings friends and welcome to my participation post in the contest "STEEM Investing Contest 18th Edition."
My Power Up of 70STEEM.
Before the Power UP.
As is seen above, before the power up, I had 70STEEM and 1,468SP.
During the Power UP.
So I decided to power up all of the 70.2STEEM.
After the Power UP.
After the Power Up, my balances have changed to 0STEEM, and 1,533SP.
The above image is a screenshot of the transaction from my Steemworld account.
My personal opinion on STEEM Investment.
STEEM is the native coin of the Steemit Blockchain, like we all know. Whenever we create posts on the Steemit Blockchain, we get rewards which are in SP and SBD. Rewards in SBD can be converted to STEEM which in turn can get powered up into the user's account as STEEM POWER. By powering up STEEM, we are actually investing our STEEM in our account.
By powering up STEEM, we are investing our STEEM rewards in our accounts and we call this investment because the price of STEEM which we know today as $0.38 has not always been and will not remain forever as $0.38. The price of STEEM which is a crypto currency thus volatile, has once increased to a price of $1.5. If we think of users who invested in their STEEM when the price was as low as $0.7, they would have multiplied their investments and made huge surpluses.
It is for this reason why I believe in investing in STEEM, so as to make profits in the long run and increase the value of my account. The price of STEEM is very low right now indicating that investing in STEEM is very cheap now making this the ideal time to invest in STEEM.
Thank you for reading.
