Have you ever been a victim to that??. I mean you been criticised and not appreciated for the GOOD JOB well done, even when it's obvious that the work is good and commendable.

I have pondered over this phenomenon severally , but come to the conclusion that the below reasons accounts for why your "Good" may not be appreciated .

1)Perspectives differ from one person to another .

This is why "GOOD" is very subjective ; what is deemed good to me might be "EVIL " to another especially if it opposes his / her personal pursuit !

2)Human Natural Ego Naturally humans are innately in competition with one another , like the Lions in their domain. We detest anything "shining " above us.

Your good places you in the limelight which they must resist naturally. It is an instinct which can't be anulled.

Civilization has only succeeded in camouflaging it .

Whenever , you are being opposed unnecessarily , note these and walk away with your head high; knowing that you have not offended anybody , rather you are succeeding gracefully in your endeavors.
