OK I will check.
I have updated the title. And will remember to give 10% to the account in support next time for sure. As of now in edits, I can't see that option.
I have checked user data. He is verified user on steemit. He is running this project in his city so, this is not a scam. He will set beneficiary in future posts and follow all the community rules. Also changed the cover of this post.
