Hello everyone, how are you all? So as I promised that I would soon hold a session regarding the STEEMIT promotion, I made it the Women Empowerment project to make it better as we know that the Women of our countries especially the developing country don't usually work and play their part in the economic activity of the country.

And mostly many have their own reasons and we respect their decisions so we can't force them to go outside just to work. And the best part I got to know from the research is that the women who are at home and do not go out to work are really willing to earn if they get the chance to earn from home.

So the problem was that they don't know where to start, which is a huge gap in our society. And there were so many problems which I have told you below:

So if we see the world the working women percentage is 46.9% of all women participated in the labor force according to 2020 data.

And In Pakistan, the women's literacy rate is 47%, while only 25% of women's of women earn but this 25% also includes the women who belong to that 53% illiterate women and work in some factory as a maid or clerk.

I have decided to play our part to overcome this gap, so we will be arranging a zoom session for females who cannot work in offices, organizations, etc., or can't leave their house for any reason. So that they can earn from their home, we will this training session I have trained those in a way that how they can earn from their homes by doing small works which can be done with zero investment and the only thing one will have to invest be the time investment.

The Problem

• The literacy rate of women in Pakistan is only 47%.
• From which only 25% of women are playing their part in the economic activity of a country. From which mostly are the maids or work in a company at the lowest level and are illiterate.
• Pakistan has one ofSouth Asia's lowest female labor force participation rates.
• The emerging reasons behind this low rate are a lack of access to safe transport, social norms, and household responsibilities.

Collaboration

So to tackle this gap in our society, we have coordinated with the Lemmen's home, which is situated in Dar ul Sakun, where mostly the socially displaced women live.

Purpose:

Our purpose to have them collaborate with them is to make those women financially stable by teaching them that how they can earn from home and how they can become financially stable. And to find the needy individual women was so hard in comparison to collaborating with the hostel.

Steps:
• So firstly we told them about the referrals as many people think we will earn something if we will tell them to start on this platform. But we don't earn a penny, the only thing we earn is some good deeds.

• And then what is Steemit. How they can sign up on that platform and how to save their password as the password of this is different from any normal password.

• Then I told them how they can earn from and show them the starting steps.

• Then for some motivation we showed them my profile and my wallet. As the question which arises after telling someone about this kind of platform is "how much have you earned from that" so my wallet answered that question

It was a lot of hard work to arrange this session, and I hope it will be beneficial for the people to whom I have demonstrated about the STEEMIT. And I am really looking forward to holding another session soon Inshallah. The ones I have demonstrated have promised me that if they start earning her, more people will want to join. This is the most basic system of Marketing which is "Word Of Mouth".
