Hello my wonderful friends and fellow steemians, it is my pleasure to give you a run down of how my own shout-out Thursday went. Promotion has been my thing whether online or offline. Shouting to the top of the roof so that everyone can hear about steemit is the most amazing thing that could happen to us all. So today, I am going to let you know how I got additional 12 t-shirts ready and began the distribution, how I promoted steem in my location and the result, how I trained and signed up newbies online and how I transferred the last and remaining 100 Steem I promised to give to those willing to join my SHOUTOUT Thursday promotion.

MORE PROMO-STEEM T-SHIRTS ARE READY

Promoting steem really calls for the brand. The brand speaks volumes more than any other thing. That is why, I feel bad when a steemian who is willing to join the promotion ask me if I have the t-shirts in stock and I answer no. I understand that printing one t-shirt alone is very costly and most times printing in my city of residence, Uyo is more costlier than in my former city of residence. I make every efforts to ensure that I always have the t-shirts at a reduced cost and at a good quality which is affordable to all. I also most times give out to fellow steemians who pays when they earn. All these is geared towards making sure that nothing stops my fellow steemians from participating in this promotion.

I had placed an order for new promo-steem community t-shirts to be printed for me in the city of Aba. But something very important demanded that I had to travel to the city. I decided to get the t-shirts at the same time. I traveled with @benton3 the day before the SHOUTOUT Thursday but we went with our promo-steem t-shirts.
I have already given one to @ninapendain Aba.

I AND @BENTON3 THURSDAY SHOUTOUT PROMOTION

We began our promotion while still running around for what we had gone for on Thursday. Guess what? Our t-shirts was doing the promotion for us. An officer in the office we went to at Aba read the write up inscription on our t-shirts aloud to the hearing of everyone in the hall and all eyes were attracted to us. He beckoned on us to come talk to him about the t-shirts.

That was how we started talking about it to them. He said, louder because he is not the only one here. Talk to us. Well, he and others listened. Though others were very busy, they couldn't give us much attention but they geared what we said and we took phone numbers of some that were able to give to us. But that particular officer that called us was very mush interested. We exchanged contacts and he said he was going to read more about it. I then told him that I will send frequently asked questions to him which he agreed.

You can see me with him at a seat out still within the premises. I gave him a contact card that @focusnow had made for me which is very presentable especially in offices. I am so grateful to him for being that thoughtful. The contact card is very lovely.

I got someone else registered online. It was just a coincidence. While trying to store a contact that was given to me, I stumbled on a contact number which I had collected from a friend the day I was traveling to my village. I quickly called the number and the lady recognized me. I told her about steemit and steem. She told me that she knows about cryptocurrencies and with that common background, I explained to her and she was very interested. She is a school teacher that stays in Lagos. After giving much thought, she decided to give it a trial. She requested for more information which I sent to her on WhatsApp. See below

She said she want to try signing up by herself. I will keep in touch.

Another incidence is about a woman who has been the family friend from when we newly got married. I AMD my husband had told her about steemit earlier because we know that her kids who are in the University will like to join and it will benefit them considering the family situation. We met her and promoted steem to her again.

She herself may not be able to write and post but she gave us the sons number who has finished his first degree and is doing another degree in another university. I will like him to tell us more about himself when he writs his introduction post. I quickly spoke to him on call and gave the phone to her mum so they can talk also.

After that he enquired about steemit, we chatted on WhatsApp and I gave him the information which he went through. He told me and after much, he signed up

He join the steemit newbies Assist group which I created to train those newbies I get both online and offline. I trained him on and others on how to make achievement 1. He will publish soon.

I HAVE DISTRIBUTED THE LAST 100 STEEM SUPPORT TO THE BENEFICIARIES

While still on promotion, I received applications for the support I earlier mentioned. It came from @eliany, @peachyladiva and previous day, @michaelu40 had made his own application. Eliany has a good number of people to print the t-shirts for who will join the SHOUTOUT Thursday promotion, so she received 50 steem.

@peachyladiva and @michaelu40 only had one person each to join them. So I decided to share the remaining 50 steem to them. Below is the screenshot of the steem transferred to them all.

Congratulations toa them all. I can't wait to see them on the t-shirts.
