Great work for a beginner, start looking at how to use libraries and frameworks like bootstrap. It will help you to find and tune your design. Well, I'm not good at design, I hope you will jump into PHP and you continue to practice. Then I will happy to be of help if you need it. Im more of the back end than the front end.
Many people believe that programming and coding are difficult; however, while it takes time and requires effort, programming and coding can also be a lot of fun when you give it your all.

Programming is not that difficult, it is just time-consuming. When I have projects at hand, I will have to zoom out and just concentrate. You will get to understand as you get involved in more robust projects.
