Engagement is not about a single word. I'm active user of Steemit. Almost one year is going to complete , I'm using Steemit. So there are a lot of friends from all over the world. Through Engagement Challenge , I met with many users from different countries especially from Venezuela , Siri lanka , Bangladesh , Nigeria and Ghana etc.

I have recently joined this community. Litterly , information knowledge base community. We can learn about cryptocurrency , digital marketing and so on through this community.
During Engagement with different posts of different users in Steem Database Community , I visited many posts. I was surprised that very efficient people are working here.
There are so many comments that I have done in different communities. These are only comments of Steem Database Community. You can see in images.
For Example;
While visiting Steem Database Community , I saw a pinned post. This post was published by open mber of this community. This post was related to mockups. Litterly , this was fantastic postm so here we can judge that quality content is very high.

This post is about power up. This person is regularly power ups. This is going love toward Steemit. It will encourage other Steemians . They will also power ups. So I commented on that post.

This was pinned post of Mod of this Community. He is nice person. He is so smart and active. I appreciate him for fulfilling his duties. He made a post about members who powered up in a week. I think it is quite difficult to search those who are powering. How much they have powered up .

This was also post of same person. In this post he shared about radio broadcasting thorigh which he is guiding the people of his area about steemit. He is also guiding them about club status. I appreciate him for his job.
