My second signature dish
This is spaghetti and boiled egg
Ingredients
Method of preparation
1.Cut and parboiled the stick of spaghetti into a seizable pot.
2.Parboil for sometime and seize out the water.
3.Get a seizable pot and pour some quantity of groundnut oil, and pour your sachet tomato paste and fry for sometime.
4.Pour little quantity of water, add crayfish, spices, onions, pepper, maggi and salt for taste.
5.Allow to steam for sometime, pour in the spaghetti and stir and allow it to steam for sometime and dry.
6.After the spaghetti is ready, boil your egg for some minutes.
Yola, food is ready. I love preparing this recipe because it is easy and faster to prepare.
I have two signature dishes.
My first signature dish which is rice and stew and boiled egg.
Ingredients
4.Groundnut oil
Method of preparation
1.I will parboiled my rice allow it heat and seize it after 20mins.
2.After seizing it I will put it into the pot and add a little salt and allow it to boil and dry.
3.After my white rice is ready I will make my stew.
4.Firstly I will ground my fresh tomatoes, pepper, ginger and garlic with a blender.
5.Choose a sizeable pot, boil and spice my meat,pour some amount of groundnut oil and pour my blended paste of fresh tomatoes then allow it to steam for sometime.
6.When it dries I will added my sachet tomato paste and some onions and allow it to steam for sometime.
7.Then I will add some spices for taste and some maggi and salt and pour my boiled meat.
8.Then I will move on to boil my egg for about 20mins.
Yola, food is ready
My signature dish is liver .
To come out with such a delicious dish, you need .
1.Red Tomatoes (2)
2.Onions .
3.Green papers .
4.Carrot.
5.Garrick
6.Cooking oil .
7.Salt.
Steps. 👇
Cut the liver into smaller eatable pieces, wash them into clean cold water and then boil for 30 minutes.
Cut your ingredients into smaller pieces to be ready for use .
Add cooking oil into our liver and then add our ingredients into the burning/boiling liver. Stir the liver for about 15 minutes and then add salt with powered.
After 20 minutes , our liver shall be ready to be served 😋😋
