Happy new year great steemians in this noble community, there is great respect and value to all members including newbies like me,our elders treat us like brothers and sisters, special thanks to able country moderator @peachyladiva for being a mother indeed and all the senior members of the community, please let's keep up,I haven't seen bullying, cheating and partiality in judgement during Contest reward, there is fairness and equity.
However, I want to add a few contributions to make the community more attractive, active and enjoying.1 ) During Contest especially those anchored by the community, when winners are rewarded like say 3 steem each, others who attempted but couldn't win can be encourage with one (1) steem each, thanks to @makcl,@rabibulhasan71 who always make room for honorable with one (1) steem each after rewarding the winners, but I will like to encourage them to spread across all participants .
Please,I hope I am not sounding insultive in my contribution, pardon me if I am,I just feel like expressing my feeling without much knowledge of the operation of the system.

SteemFamily, ты крутое и перспективное, все пути открыты, семья - куда же без нее) И даже если ты противник семейных отношений, опять же - будешь говорить на эту тему) То есть направление верное, правильной дорогой идет сообщество!
Всегда есть конкурс, всегда есть тема - админы работают, сообщники помогают)
Мне нравились крейзи - истории (их залежи в каждой семье и при этом они индивидуальны) и конкурсы с рисунками) Интересно было бы узнать традиции (и это тоже было и может продолжаться в определенных направлениях) Семейные путешествия, походы, чтения... ведь у кого-то это осталось)
А вообще я хочу поздравить сообщество и желаю ему дальнейших успехов и процветания)

Happy New Year to this great community and one of those that cherish your contest because weather you win or not, there is always compensation for every person.
Everything about this community is unique and I came here because of my boss @peachyladiva and is because of what i have seen here, i can not stop loving this community.
My humble request would be to enage more in people post and that is why is the telegram was created but is inactive. If we are to grow like family, i think the ideal idea would be for us to socialize more with our fellow brothers and sisters the more.
2022 is gonna be great for us if we can keep the tempo with back to back contest, Jah bless us all.
