During the pandemic, its a bit tough to stay in good health but i try as much as possible to be in good health and shape by doing indoor workouts most mornings(for atleast 30mins) and this causes me to sweat alot.
Then i also try to diet(portion control) and incorporate fruits in my meal time table too
Looking so healthy.
