How are you everyoe, i hope everything is in a good condition, stay helathy and stay safe
For this oppertunity i'm very excited knowing about the great competition held in this community, I also want to participate. Even though I'm not a professional in cooking, but I feel challenged to join this competition held by @steemitwarrior.
As for the vegetarian dishes I will present are sauteed long beans Aceh and fried tempeh. Both foods can be consumed by vegetarians.
Long beans are a type of vegetable that is not only rich in protein, carbohydrates, potassium, phosphorus, but also contains vitamin C, riboflavin and beta-carotene. The nutritional content of long beans can also help meet our body's daily nutritional needs.
Meanwhile, tempeh is a typical Indonesian food made from soybeans which have undergone a fermentation process by fungi. These foods are also known to contain nutrients that are good for the body such as protein, carbohydrates and fiber, unsaturated fats and various vitamins and minerals.
It is for that reason that I chose the two ingredients above. I chose to use long beans and tempeh as the main ingredients for the vegetarian dishes I cooked.
My vegetarian recipe this time uses the following ingredients.
The ingredients needed are
Long beans 250 grams
Tempe 150 grams (cut into long pieces)
2 red chilies (sliced oblique
Tomato 1 (diced)
Finger turmeric
Red onion 5
Cayenne 10
Garlic 1
Roasted coconut that has been mashed 1 spoon

Sunti tamarind 6 pieces
Oil for frying and sauteing
Salt and sugar to taste

Making process

Cut long beans about the size of two finger knuckles, then wash them clean. Cut the tomatoes and slice the red chilies

Heat the oil on the stove, fry the tempeh until cooked.

Puree the spices that will be used to sauteeing long beans, namely, onions, chilies, turmeric, sunti tamarind, roasted coconut.

Heat the oil, then pour the spices that have been smoothed, stir until evenly, add the sliced red chilies and tommatto, along with the long beans. Add a little sugar and salt to taste. Add a little stirring water and then add the tomato pots. Wait until the long beans are tender and the dish is cooked.

After everything is cooked and finished, remove and pour into a plate, ready to be served and eaten with fried tempeh or hot rice.

Simple vegetarian dish by me
In this simple vegetarian dish made by me, the spices that are used are typical ingredients from the region I come from, my country Indonesia and Aceh province. This dish uses a typical ingredient from Aceh, namely Asam sunti (sunti tamarind), made from starfruit that has been ripe and dried in the sun for a few days later with salt.
