How to Support the Steemit Development Initiative - @xpilar Proposal

@xpilar suggested that we could do something like a game/Spliterland and that's not so bad. What is perhaps more important is to start with creative ideas and projects that will support the value of Steem and the development of the entire Steem blockchain. The proposal is excellent, but in reality, we need a few basic things - We need a platform for creating our Steem Tokens (such as ETH network, BCH, etc.) because that way we can make the way for the development of new projects and the arrival of investors and developers in our ecosystem. Second, it is a bit unexpected that witnesses have more earnings than investors, their stake for a node is 50/100 dollars and they can get 10,000 Steem per month, I think that more should be given back to the community and that witnesses should be more involved in the development of the whole Steem blockchain . An investor should invest 200/250,000 dollars in order to have the same earnings as a witness who is in the top 20, witnesses are more of a system of reputation and support, and development, I believe that something good can be done here. Each community can become a small Steemit, have the same system but reward users with their token, in this way each community would have more responsibility and a greater potential for developing the value of their Steem Token (that's why we need a platform for Steem tokens) and support from Steemit company. In this way the value of Steem could be raised, I would stop its production and if it is possible to create a system to burn it, to make it more exclusive, in this way we could become more attractive to investors.

Development of the affiliate system and part of the reward to be awarded to those who brought bloggers, and investors from each of their posts, comments, and earnings. In this way, the possibility of mass adoption would open up, because now those who do not have money to invest in Steem would be able to deal with promotion and marketing and in this way would have a chance to earn money. A scoring system for activities can be created and part of the Steem power can be delegated to those who support the Steem ecosystem the most, etc. active users should definitely be rewarded and stimulated in order for Steemit to achieve a higher viewership and attractiveness rating. The development of the NFT market, upgrade system, tokenomics and cross-chain system with bridges where Steem could attract users from other networks, would give us another additional moment to increase the value of Steem.

I have been writing these proposals for several years, I believe that maybe some of them will be a good initiative to start new projects on the Steem blockchain. @xpilar is doing a great job with his community for the whole Steem ecosystem, I'm glad I can contribute with some of my suggestions.
