[ingan.elements] new Steem dapp updates - elements list

Hi, the new Steem dapp development is going on by @etainclub.

I have implemented the element list screen.

As you might know, this new dapp is to exchange a steem account!

A steem account has very unique property that is an account includes several data as well it is a wallet address which is very easy to recognize.

Why do I develop this exchange service on steem?

What I want to ultimately do is to build an AI-free community where only verified humans (ingans in Korean) can have communications.

More will be coming soon.

The exchange dapp is not in service yet.
