If you read my post from yesterday, you know that Silvertop finally finished splitting all his firewood!🤗
They say that firewood warms you three times……………..
Once when you cut the wood…………
A second time when you split the wood…….
A third time when you burn the wood!☺️
What they forgot to mention is that all this wood needs to be stacked!😅
With the humidity in the Pacific Northwest, you need to crisscross the logs to allow them to “air cure”.
This is a slow labor intensive project, similar to picking out jigsaw puzzle pieces that are scattered across a coffee table!🙄
If this wood is stacked in haste, Winter winds will topple the stack!😳
Humble beginnings………….
Silvertop loaded up several wheelbarrow loads of split wood, dumped them in front of the new location of this stack, and started…….. piece by piece!😅
I left PEPE alone inside, he’s a big Frog, he was trading some Solana on Coinex.com 🐸
PEPE came outside, just when Silvertop found one of his relatives near the new firewood stack.
