introvert personality are lovely people to be with when you spend time with them. One should not carry that mindset of to change an introverts because change can only come from the inner mind which is God alone that can do that.
When one understand and learn the cause of why one chose to be an introvert that's when he or she start encouraging the person. Good luck on the contest
Exactly, that's why I said you can't change people's basic nature. We are all created and blessed with our different personalities, you can not expect everybody to be loud. We need deep thinkers and reserved people i tell you dey sometimes bring the best solution to a problem.
