Well, while I was roaming around Costco the other day, I found frozen avocados.

I started to think of ideas on what to make with them and the first thing that came to my mind was.....(drum roll please..) California Rolls, a kind of sushi.

According to the images, I would say that the difference between the two is that the Dragon Rolls have avocado on top while the regular California Rolls just have avocado inside. The similarities are that these two rolls are what is called "nude" which means that the rice is on the outside of the seaweed paper (gim). I enjoy both of these styles of sushi rolls. Many people think that sushi is only referring to raw fish, when in reality.... all it is is rice, seaweed paper, and some sort of fish. Only eating raw fish on a platter is technically called "sashimi".
