How can you improve as a community steem-alliance?

Today I want to talk about steem-alliance, we are aware that the community is going through a restructuring process where all the pieces of the puzzle are trying to fit together, but the process is going a bit slow, today I want to share my point of view with you and how you can improve the community.
The administrator recently announced a select group of moderators, all with very high reputations and important positions in other communities, that seems good to me. The problem arises that most of these new moderators do not have enough time to dedicate to the community since they have important positions in other communities, they can only share a limited time in steem-alliance.

In order for the community to emerge at a faster rate, there must be very active moderators both on discord and within the platform to be aware of all the irregularities that occur within the community and thus notify the main curator @hungry-griffin so that do not vote for low quality content as I show below.
There are two accounts that publish in steem-alliance and both belong to the same user, one is called @goodnews11 and the other is called @goodluck11, it is evident that in each publication they commit plagiarism and their publications are very short. if a new user saw this they would say that it is an injustice as a low quality content and being plagiarism can get this reward.
This user has been watched for a long time by the abuse watcher team since they usually withdraw all their rewards and turn their account down to zero and re-publish in steem-alliance, it is evident that the community is missing a curator or more dedicated moderators with free time to be aware of these irregularities and tag users who make low quality content with the intention that @hungry-griffin does not vote for that publication.
Having multiple accounts is not bad as long as we do things right, nowadays many users in steemit have more than 2 accounts at the same time, they do it with the intention of earning extra money or they simply give another function to that account but in the end Because it is a secondary account, it ends up abandoned over time.
Let's just hope that the new wave of moderators comes more reinforced and with the batteries well set. I am not belittling the moderators who were elected recently because I understand that they are busy in their own communities and keeping an eye on several communities at the same time is not easy task.
