Monthly Report of ABB Community - Month of December 2023
Every community has a special reason behind launching it, our community is only for Bengali speakers. Steemit has many communities. Country based, subject based, language based, but only Bengali language has no specific community. So this community. Our main objective is to bring those who regularly write in Bengali language to the decentralized blogging platform, to support them. We want this blog to be filled with their valuable writings. Over time, our community has grown to the peak of this platform. Currently we have many projects in this community. Those projects will be discussed today and I will try to discuss all the community activities of the last month.
Currently this community is number one in the ranking. Also this community has 6850 subscribers and pending rewards of $10404 and 169 active posters. This community is achieving its success very quickly.

- Weekly Hangout
As many of you may know, this community hosts a weekly hangout every week.. This hangout discusses all the content of the previous week. Every admin, moderator and founder and co-founder of this community express their opinion in this hangout. Hangouts also have entertainment features, quizzes and various forms of entertainment. Users are directly talked to and if any user has any problem they can directly talk to the founder. Also lastly the users of this community perform songs and poems here. It is a very enchanting atmosphere for the event. This community is the first to launch such a show and it is a successful initiative. 127th, 128th, 129th , 130th and131th hangouts were held last October. Our weekly hangout is held every Thursday at 9 pm Bangladesh time and 8:30 pm Indian time. Every hangout report is published by our Executive Admin @hafizullah Bhai.
Special Note: A specialty of this community is that all kinds of festivals are celebrated in this community. Just like this a special hangout was organized to welcome the new year 2024
- Sunday Show
Another exceptional event of the ABB community is the ABB Sunday Stage Show.. In fact, every Sunday in this show, any user of this community is invited. Various questions are asked about that user. In fact, they try to maintain a good relationship with the users under the guise of fun. We discuss whether users are working properly in our community, or whether they are having any problems working. There are also many entertainment options. Guests are given the opportunity to ask special questions for those listening to the show. This improves communication with many users. Also one song of choice of whoever is hosting this is played and one more song of choice of whoever is guest is played. This is how the entertainment system is basically kept. Finally we take important feedback from the guest, if there is any kind of error in our management of this community, if he has any suggestion he can also suggest. The show is held every Sunday at 9 PM Bangladesh time and 8:30 PM Indian time. This show is hosted by our Community Social Media and Marketing Admin (Shuvo Bhai) @shuvo35. A total of five Sunday shows were held last October.

ABB Community's Most Successful Project is ABB School. ABB School starts in October 2021. Since the establishment of ABB School, many new users and old users have gained a lot of knowledge about this platform by taking classes in this school. Presently, Amar Bangla blog community's respected moderator Brind is a professor of this school. Last October, ABB School held classes for each level and users from each label passed and moved on to the next level. After completing level four, those users can become verified users through a final Viva.

There are always quality posts in this community. The best quality posts of each day are considered as featured article posts and those posts are given special prizes.

One of the most successful projects of this community is ABB Curation. Many people get regular support through delegation to this ABB curation account. The effective power of this @abb-curation is 4.04M SP.
- Delegation Project Heroism
Each community has a delegation service. Similarly, this community also has multiple delegation services, Heroism being one of them.
- Abuse Watcher
We have formed a team to make our platform abuse free. That team is called Abuse Watcher. This team is constantly removing various types of abuse from this community. The entire ritual is overseen by our community respected admins @rex-somon , @nusuranur & @moh.arif

This community of ours has its own Witness, called @bangla.witness . This bangla witness is currently at the 11th position. If you want you can give us your valuable vote in this bangla.witness.

Since the beginning of our community, power up have been given special importance, so every week the community organizes power up contests.
- ABB Charity
In fact, we have a special system to make this community self-sufficient. We provide financial help to users who have financial problems and we believe in 'people for people.

Every week, the users who do the best are given the title of Best Blogger of the Week.
- Comment Monitoring Report
Comment monitoring reports are published every week to see if users are maintaining proper engagement and making proper comments by reading other's posts.
- Development sector
Various tools are developed from our community for the convenience of users. So that the users can understand these things very easily and can see their desired things very easily. These development matters are looked after by our respected admin @moh.arif (Moh Arif) Bhai।
There are many other projects in the ABB community, such as if a user is deprived of support after doing good work, there is a team. Those users are found and supported. Also, different types of games are organized on the Discord server for entertainment at different times. There are various giveaways and arrangements. Apart from this, there are numerous tutorial posts for new users. If there is any problem, users can easily solve those problems by looking at the tutorial posts. Each hangout has a special segment. And in that segment usually the super active list is published and the activity is published. Users who have done well in the past week are placed on the super active list and users on that list receive more support.
Every month two competitions are organized from this community. One contest is conducted by admin guys and another contest is organized by moderator guys. The same was organized this October.
