Hello to everyone in this wonderful community known as SteemFoods Today is indeed a great day and happy Eid Mubaarak day to all Muslim steemians. I welcome you to a great week alongside a great contest that has been organized by the steem engagement challenge team, and also to this great community that has been providing awesome challenge topics, a job well done to you all. so today I will be dropping my entry to this present week's contest which has just begun. according to the contest topic, I will be sharing with us, my favorite chef in my family. so relax confidently as I drop my entry to this contest.

WHO IS A CHEF

A chef is seen as one who knows how to cook so tremendously well and whose meal tastes delicious to whosoever gives it a taste. technical in a basic restaurant, a chef is seen as a head cook and also in the major household. so now that we've gotten the knowledge on who a chef is, let us go down to what is expected of me today. the favorite chef in my family.

MY SISTER, MY FAVORITE CHEF

This is the second seed of my family, my sister. someone naturally blessed with the cooking skill, oftentimes when I return home and realized her presence in the kitchen my heart always leaps for joy, this is because I rest assured of an outstanding meal that can quench my hunger. eating her food is not just the thing but the wonderful taste that comes alongside it. her cooking skill is well known in the neighborhood and whenever there is an occasion, she is always called upon to help out in the kitchen.

Let me tell you a secret about my favorite chef, she has no unique recipe for her dish, she makes food taste delicious even with limited ingredients. how can a woman make fried rice so delicious with just a little amount of money that is equivalent to 5 steem? it is rare and as such he is well known to make making the best out of little things in coking aspect.

If we could all notice in my last contest challenge article, I talked about the dish made which was fried rice, I gave the basic recipes I used in preparing it, and she taught me that. I love fried rice so much because she made me love it, her cooking skills are superb and whatsoever she cooks always tastes yummy will always make me long for more all the time. she is a great cook.

Again, allow me to let out a little secret. she got he, husband, through her cooking skill. she was called upon to make a wedding dish, and diligently she went there, not knowing the best man of that wedding was all gazing at her. and at the point, she got done cooking, she left the wedding arena without noticing he was following her and ladies and gents that was how she got married to this lucky man right here as seen in the below image, what an amazing story. and all this happened because of her cooking skill.

Every time I look at these images, I always remember how happy she always feels when cooking, he indeed made cooking a lifestyle. nd I always wish for a wife that can cook as well.

HER COOKING INGREDIENTS WHEN PREPARING MY FAVORITE FOOD WHICH IS FRIED RICE

Technically I borrowed her recipes and cooking ingredients when making my favorite dish which I fried rice. this is the only dish I learned so well from her. she taught me the fried rice recipes and their needed ingredients for my level.

she also taught me the basic steps which I am expected to take note of before arriving at the final product of the dish. so I will be mentioning some ingredients and things she taught me to use and these are.

And other ingredients such as Maggi, Salt, Curry, Groundnut oil, Thyme. and so on.

Her processes are just superb, the way she makes everything per how they are expected to be is so amazing. talking about how she settles down to make this food is awesome. getting all the necessary items needed to bring out the best in her food is just wonderful.

she uses cabbage and egg to make the salad, with that, the nutritional value is increased. this is what we called a balanced diet. she makes sure nothing is been left out. slicing them all alongside the eggs brings out the best in the food.

She also makes sure that the meat is well boiled and fried perfectly. this makes the food looks more attractive and yummy as though I am a big fan of meat. making sure every item is available is her major priority every time she wants to make a dish for both herself and the family.

And now the end product of these processes, ladies and gents meal is served. look how captivating and yummy it looks. having my sister around makes me glad as though she does the biddings of my stomach, that is why she is my favorite chef and I am still learning a lot from her.

And with this comes comfort and total affirmation that my sister is true my favorite chef in my family.
