Japanese style keema curry / Nice to meet you Steem food
The first dish introduction is Japanese style keema curry.
Nice to meet you.
～SIMPLE MATERIAL～
1 can of TOMATO, 200g chopped PORK, 1ONION,
FRYING OIL, SALT and PEPPER, SUGAR, CURRY POWDER, SPICES
Fry the onions on high heat for about 5 minutes
Fry until the meat is cooked.
The meat was cooked and the onions became transparent.
Add FRYING OIL instead of meat.
Mix lightly,Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomatoes over medium heat and fry for 5 minutes.
Add commercially available keema curry powder.
About 2 minutes on medium heat...
Introducing authentic curry spice mix!
Add the same amount as commercially available curry powder.
Remove the water over medium heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar as well..
Today, I tried topping with eggs.
After feeling the umami and sweetness,
the spiciness of the spice spreads.
