Great job dear @sambee. That is nice. This bitter leaf soup and the method of preparation is mostly peculiar to the Anambra state in Nigeria. Most times they don't use red oil, they yes Palm fruits. Thank you for taking me on an adventure and reminding me of my days in Anambra State. The bitter leaf we first of all dry it before washing it that way, it won't break but stay in strips.
