The warmest greetings to all Steemfoods Community Member around the world. Most of us like to crave our favorite dish we want. So today I want to share my favorite Filipino dish " PAKSIW NA BANGUS" which makes me eat more rice because of the sour taste and is very delicious.

Paksiw was the most favorite dish among all Filipinos because of the taste which can convince us to crave more rice.

Now let me show you the ingredients which I used in my dish

Let begin with our procedure

  • We must prepare and slice all the ingredients like red onion, ginger, garlic, eggplant, ladyfinger, and green peppers.

  • As we prepare the cooking pot, we must put first the slice milkfish. Then we must put the garlic and slice the red onion.

  • Followed by the ginger, ladyfinger, and green pepper.

  • Then add the sliced eggplant and put the magic sarap seasoning granules into the pot

  • Put an exact amount of vinegar on the mixture then add an amount of water.

  • Add salt and let it boil for about 20 - 25 minutes until all the ingredients are cooked already.

  • Now it is ready to serve your family and friends

Here is my dish for today PAKSIW NA BANGUS, perfect for my dinner today. My recipe comes with vegetables that perfectly match my milkfish. I like to put many vegetables in this dish because the sour sauce will absorb the vegetables. That's why the fish was only left on the table because only vegetables were first consumed by the craver.
