Today, let me share with you my own version of "PRITONG BANGUS na may PALAMAN". What I will be sharing to you is different with Relyenong Bangus, because in making the relyenong bangus, you need to take out its meat and you are just going to use its skin. Then, you will be putting some meat to it and fry. Whereas my recipe I will be sharing to you is different and only uses few ingredients and not expensive. I learned this recipe by my mother and the moment I tasted it, I felt inlove to its taste and I immediately ask how she do it.

PRITONG BANGUS na may PALAMAN

Ingredients:

2 pcs of Big Bangus
1 Large Onion Bulb
10 pcs Tomatoes
5 cloves of Garlic
Soy Sauce
Vinegar
Cooking Oil
Salt

Process:

Step 1

Clean the fish and marinate it using Soy Sauce, Salt, garlic and Vinegar

While the fish is being marinated, prepare the tomato and onion.

After 5-10minutes, slice the belly portion and put the prepared tomato and onion bulb in it.

Prepare the pan, boil a cooking oil and deep fry the fish. Wait for 10-20 minutes.
