Now the delicious Rava Kori is ready to eat, serve hot with coconut chutney or a Khurma. This is one of the traditional yet ancient foods of south India, our ancestors used banana flowers instead of carrots. Today's generation does not cook this because it takes too long. Anyhow, we missed some delicious foods and healthy in the fast generation.

Hi, @jyoti-thelight.

Rava Kori looks delicious. I wonder how your old folks used banana leaves instead of grated carrots; I guess they had tricks to make the most of their flavor and texture. Thanks for the recipe and the picture sequence.

This recipe very new to me. Thanks for sharing us.

We add just onions only dont add carrots. I try it soon. In my opinion kids loved a lot because of its colour and little bit sweet ness which we get from carrots.
