Hello to the beautiful people of SteemFoods community, I hope all is well!

Today, I will be sharing with you my all-time favorite recipe, my own version of “ Pork Ribs Kaldereta ”. As I have known we inherited this from Spain.

Here are the ingredients,

  • I used a pressure cooker to reach the tenderness of the ribs fast and boil it for 15 minutes.

  • In a large cooking pot, heat the oil. Saute the garlic and onion. Put-in the pork ribs. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until it turns to light brown.

  • Finally it's done! Transfer to a serving plate. And serve.
Perfect for your family and friends in any occasion!

Time:

Preparation- 20 minutes
Cooking period - 1hour and 10 minutes
Total- 1hour and 30 minutes

Conclusion:

Always choose fresh meat and vegetables to have a quality outcome. There are various ways on how to cook Kaldereta. You can also use goat, beef, and other kinds of meat that you like. To make it more special you can add green peas ,liver spread, and broth cubes. But in my recipe, I only use what is available.
I hope you will also try this at home.
