A delicious recipe _How to Cook Tapioca Starch Pastry with meat???

How is your weekend? Hope you and your family happy. After long time, I have got back to post in my favourite community. Hoping you still miss me:))
As usual, Today I will introduce with you a delicious pastry receipe. Its name is Tapioca Starch pastry. It only take you 45 minutes to cook. It is very easy and simple.
Now, Let's start:
1. Ingredients :
-Tapioca Starch flour: 200g
-Ground meat: 100g
-Wood ear mushroom: 20g
-Dried onion: 2 pcs
-Banana leaves: 2pcs
-Hot water 100oC: 200g
-Salt and spice: a little
2. How to cook???
-Step 1: Prepare ingredients:
- Cleaning banana leaves with water
- Peeling onions then cut it
- Soaking wood mushroom in warm water about 15 minutes, then clean and cut into small pieces.
-Step 2: Make it
- Mix ground meat with cut onions, spices and mushrooms.
- Stir-fried meat, onion and mushroom together
- Mix flour and hot water together then knead the dough untill smooth.
- Then cutting the dough into 6 pieces
- Warpping the dough with meat mixture.
+Step 3: Steaming pastry about 15 minutes
+Pastry is ready when the dough changes transparent color
-Final Step : Cut pastry and enjoy it
