How I make my make Nigerian Noodles (Indomie) - Nigerian Noodles Recipe

My name is Gift Adene and I am a Nigerian who live in Nigeria. I want to share my homemade Nigerian noodles (fried noodles) recipe with you guys. Please Enjoy.
Noodle is a fast food in Nigeria and a meal one can easily prepare when they are hungry. My favourite noodle is the Indomie Noodle. Indomie is a brand of instant noodle produced by the Indonesian company, Indofood.
However, Dufil Prima Foods PLC is the company in Nigeria with the franchise that produces Indomie.
Dufil is home to Nigeria's most loved noodle brand, Indomie Instant Noodles. Through consistent backward integration efforts over the past decade, Dufil has established itself as the leader in the instant noodles category. Dufil Group comprises of Dufil Prima Foods Plc.
Ingredients:
Noodles (2 sachets)
Egg (2)
Onion (medium small size)
Black Pepper
Vegetable oil
Vegetables (Fresh Tomato, Fresh Pepper, Carrot and green beans) - OPTIONAL
Process.
Prep your onions and Vegetables and cut them into small sizes.
Boil your noodles to how tender you want it, drain the excess water, then add the noodles spices into the boiled noodles and mix.
Break and whisk your eggs in a separate plate.
Add vegetable oil to your heated pot, stir fry your onions and other vegetables, pour the egg and fry (scramble), then add your mixture of noodles and spice then stir. Your fried noodles is ready.
You can relish it with Fresh Juice, bread, water or any other thing.
I had mine with bread and water.
