  • Me and my partner did not have a work because it’s rest time and when we woke up at 9:30 am I decided to make a fried rice again but with toppings . Last week our fried rice has the egg and chicken hotdog for the mixture but for now we had ground pork and with egg for toppings

INGREDIENTS:

👩‍🍳👩‍🍳HOW TO MAKE SPICY FRIED RICE👩‍🍳👩‍🍳

STEP1

  • Prepare the ingredients that you chopped, garlic , onions, green Chilli pepper and spring onions
  • Prepare your butane in a medium heat temperature and get your Pan and put on there. After 3 minutes you can all ready add your 3tbsp of cooking oil .

STEP 2

*Prepare your egg in a bowl and add salt and seasoning and mix it.

Step 3

  • Add the egg friend and scrambled it at least 5 minutes . When it’s already cooked then separate it in a bowl

STEP 4

  • Add the 1 glove of garlic , onions, and green Chilli pepper and saute it for at least 1 minute .

STEP 5

  • add the ground pork and add 4tbsp of soy sauce . And also the pinch of salt , pepper and seasoning as well then Mix it well at least 10 -15 minutes.

Step 6

  • add the Spring Onions , mix it well and cook it for at least another 10 minutes .

Step 7

  • Add the 6-8 cups Rice and you can also add the egg as well Mix it well . Make sure you cook it in a low heat temperature to avoid burning or overcooked.

Step 8

  • Add a pinch of pepper , magic sarap or your seasoning and pinch of salt then mix it well for at least 5 minutes.

THEN YOU CAN SERVE IT WHILE IT’S STILL HOT , YOU CAN ALSO ADD TOPPINGS LIKE WHAT I DID . I HAD SUNNY SIDE BUT YOU CAN ALSO HAVE LIKE SIOMAI, Or WHATEVER YOU LIKE THEN IT’S FINE

  • We decided to go to the mall at 1Pm looking for a stuff for beach , and for his hair . When I got hungry I went outside the mall to buy pizza for my snacks and bought also drinks inside the grocery store , a sunburst drinks

🌝 🌕🌙 AT NIGHT 🌕🌛🌙

  • When we got home 4Pm I took a rest at 4 pm then at 5Pm I prepared the ingredients for our SINIGANG NA BABOY . It was kinda busy days for the both of us but at least we spent together for a while despite of our busy schedule

HOW TO MAKE SINIGANG NA BABOY:

STEP1

  • Chopped the garlic, onions, tomatoes, lemon grass, taro or gabi, spring beans,green chilli and separate the leaves of river spinach or kangkong

Step2

  • Add oil in a pan at least 1 minute then saute the garlic , onions , green chilli pepper , and tomatoes

Step 2

  • add the pork bones and also add the pinch of salt , seasoning and pepper for the taste and mix it well then cook it at least 15 minutes until the color of pork bones turns to lightly brown

Step 3

  • Add 5 tbsp of Water , and also the taro or gabi, lemon grass and spring beans . When you already add that ingredients Just make sure you add again the 1/2 tbsp of Salt, a pinch lf pepper and magic sarap seasoning and wait until the water is boiling .

STEP 4

  • When it’s already boiled Add the2, Sachets Powder of Sinigang na sampalok including the River spinach or kangkong then stir it well . Cook it at least 10 minutes.

Step 5

  • Check and taste it before you serve it. If you need to add salt or seasoning for the taste then you can but if it’s fine then it’s already done and you can serve it while it’s hot.
