NESTLE BRAND PRODUCTS : MILO & BEAR BRAND

• A year ago when the pandemic strikes, people weren’t not allowed to go out , travel outside the Islands because of the Covid-19.It was in March when the pandemic found it’s first viral food from social media like Tiktok , Facebook and one of the food trend taking over the internet during covid-19 /coranavirus isolation is Dalgona Coffee.

• I am one of the people who tried making a Dalgona Coffee also even if I did not used to drink Coffee because of my hyperacidity. Well the taste was okay but I did not like the taste of the foamy coffee 😂. So for this contest I will change it instead of coffee I will make Dalgona Milo 😋 .

WHAT IS DALGONA COFFEE/ MILO?

• It is known as a whipped coffee/milo with the beverage essentially of a glass milk (like Fresh Milk or dairy for alternative) with Milo , hot water and sugar and it is originated in Korea named after the Korean candy in March 2020 and the one who made Dalgona Coffee popular in worldwide.

Ingredients:

SUGAR	1/4	$.3
STICK-O	1 stick	$.02
CREAM-O	1 Sachet	$.16
Egg	1	$.14
HOT WATER	2tbsp	We already have water in the house but we bought it $.6 per galloon

HOW TO MAKE DALGONA MILO?

Step 1 :

• You have to prepare your ingredients and othe stuff like 2 bowls , whisk/electric hand mixer, glass and 🥄 spoon.

Step2

• In a bowl you have to add the 1 sachet of Milo .

Step3

• Add 2tbsp of Sugar

Step4

• Add 2 tbsp of Hot water then mix and stir it well.

Step5

• Prepare another bowl then get the 1 Egg , gently but crack the egg and separate the egg white in a bowl then whisk it using you Electric hand Mixer for like 3-5 minutes until it gets look foamy . If you do not have electric Hand Mixer like me then you can use your whisk manually for like 10-15 minutes .

Step6

• When it’s done , Add your Milo mixture in your foamy egg white then mix and stir it well .

Step7

*Prepare your glass , Pour it into your glass and After Add Ice cubes at least 4 cubes, but if your fresh Milk is cold you do not have to add Ice cubes .

Step8

• gently but Add and pour the foamy Milo Mixture on it .

• you can Add toppings on it (Optional) Like what I did biscuit and Stick-O.

Step9

• Then it’s done! You can serve it and share it to the kids or family

• I shared it to the kids and they really loved it and they asked me to make another one or next time LOL. I really loved it too 😍🥰😍🥰😘.
