Hello great chef in the house it is my pleasure to take part in this second week challenge and I'm really happy to do so. This time I will be revealing the best chef in our family for you right now.
In my family everyone is a great cook but my crony is my favourite chef.
Why is he my favourite chef
I always like his recipe, he will always cook something different from the usual meal I know and when he introduced this recipe definitely I will like it. He like spices and so he normally used different spice to cook and the aroma alone will attract you to the meal even if you were not hungry. He has passion for cooking and can do so anytime he want to without requesting for help. Let me share with you the recipe he cooked today ๐ his favourite meal is pepper soup rice with fresh fish.
Favourite recipes: Pepper soup rice with utazi leaf
Ingredients needed to prepare the fresh fish pepper soup rice with prices

STEPS ON HOW TO PREPARE IT
Wash your fish with hot water to make it clean and free from sand.
Wash your pot clean and put the fish in your pot.
Add your ingredients; salts, seasoning cube, spices, onion, pepper
Blend your fresh ginger and tumeric, then extract the liquid fr it and discard the chaf.
Put your pot on fire, add a little drop of water and Allow it to steam for about 15mins
Open your pot add a little water then allow it for another 5 minutes
Add your utazi leaf, cover the pot for 1 minutes and bring down the pot

Wash the fish ensure it is clean, add spices to it
I added onion to it
Add fresh pepper
Add mixed spice
Grinded tumeric and ginger
Filtered ginger water
Wash utazi leaf with salt
Chop the Utazi leaf
Add the utazi leaf and pepper
Finally done
My crony's favourite meal is ready prepared by my favourite chef
This is not the usual pepper soup, this is pepper soup with tumeric and utazi leaf the recipe is really nice you can try it at home, it is delicious. Trying something different from the usual meal is always best to give it a try,at first I thought it will not be nice but the taste of the meal was marvelous. Can you see why he is my favourite cook, he always try something different and the taste, flavour will be nice.
We had this lunch with wine and pawpaw fruit ๐
CONCLUSION
It is nice to discover your favourite cook at home, so
you will appreciate his great effort in being your favourite. Everyone in my family are supper cooks but my crony is my favourite chef because I enjoyed his recipe so much a d I appreciate him a lot for always being available to share his recipe with everyone especially to me. Your crony is certainly some cook, judging by so many delicious dishes you present us with. I had seen pepper soup before here on Steemit and this certainly looks appetizing--perhaps because of the turmeric.
