Hi, hello everybody! Happy halloween🎃.
November 1st is a special day of all our love ones who are now in heaven. My late father is in heaven already and to reminisce his moments, today I've prepared a special food for him. This is all his favorite when he is still on earth.
IN THE MORNING:
By morning, I grill some bangus fish for this is one of his favorite and we have the same taste in comes of fish. Grilled bangus with spices inside really can't help me in craving, partner with very spicy sauce. It really satisfies my craving and of course partner with a rice and a cup of coffee.
AT NOON:
Buying "lechon baboy" or pork lechon. This pork lechon is also one of the list in my father's favorite. When I was a kid, I seldom eat this food because it is so expensive. We can't afford to buy it before. But today I buy only 1 kilo and it cost 1.5 sbd while 1 whole lechon baboy cost 26.6 sbd. Very expensive, so for now 1 kilo for me is enough. My lunch is much perfect together with the banana (lacatan).

TOWARDS IN THE EVENING:
Last but not the least, the fried shrimp with egg. This is a very easy recipe, although it is a little bit expensive here in the philippines but it depends on its type of shrimp. I bought 1/4 kilo of shrimp and it cost 0.26 sbd. 1 piece of egg is enough for a 1/4 kilo of shrimp.
INGREDIENTS:

SEASONING | IN THE HOUSE |
A total of 0.332 SBD.
PREPARATIONS:
▪︎ Wash the shrimp properly with water.
▪︎ Beat the egg.
▪︎ Add a little bit of salt in the fresh shrimp.
▪︎ Pour a little seasoning in the shrimp.
And now it is ready for cooking procedure.
COOKING PROCEDURE:
▪︎ Heat the pan in the stove.
▪︎ Add your 1/8 liter of cooking oil.
▪︎ Coat the shrimp with egg.
▪︎ Put your coated shrimp into the pan with oil.
▪︎ After 1 minute reverse the coated shrimp into the other side.
▪︎ Remove the cooked shrimp into the pan.
▪︎ Continue the procedure until your 1/4 kilo of shrimp are all cooked.
And now there you go... my fried shrimp with egg is ready to serve for dinner...
