Steem greetings to y'all, hope everyone in this community is doing great. I am happy to be participating for again a contest organized in this community. The Contest is all about "your most favorite chef in your family". Below I will be dropping down my entry
When it comes to cooking, I got alot of talents in my family because all the ladies in my family are super talented when it comes to cooking almost all types of dishes. But I have stayed much longer with sister than the rest of the people in my family. So without doubt I will always choose her as my most favorite chef in my family because of the numerous delicious dishes she always prepare
It should be noted that I admire and love eating good food, this is why my sister have win me over because of the special dishes she always prepare since she got very special skills of preparing so many types of dishes, most especially my two favorites which are "Ekwang" and Water-fufu and Ero". When ever she prepares this two dishes, I might not likely live the house that day because I can't trade any of this two dishes for any other thing 😂
Adding to our family gene of being talented when it comes to cooking by our female ladies, my sister is still a student and her main subject in school is food science. So she has added advantage because she have still learned special skills of cooking certain dishes from school. That is why her meals are always outstanding and very tasteful😋.
Another special thing about my beautiful sister when it comes to cooking is how she always manage to cook even when there isn't enough foodstuffs. You can give her 1000FCFA( about 4 STEEM) and she squeezed it and cook a delicious pot of food despite the money not being enough to cook a pot of food
As I earlier said, she can cook my favorite food at 100% to it's tase. This my favorite food is either "Ekwang" or Water-fufu and Ero". I also like "Achu" very well but it's very difficult to cook it because it requires time and energy because you will need to pound the cooked cocoyams and banana which requires a lot of energy to pound it. It is always pounded in a very special way so as the Achu shouldn't have loams on it, so that explains why it also need not just energy but high level of technic when pounding it.
My sister also got the skills and technic when pounding it despite not having enough energy as a man, she still pound the Achu to be almost a hundred percent smooth. I use to wander how she do it because when ever I help her in pounding it, despite the energy I have, I will end up spoiling the Achu because it will have alot of loams inside 😂😂. She always laugh at me and say that I don't have to use power in pounding it because it requires but technique not power.
That's said, I will be sharing some special dishes she always prepare at home for us
Ekwang
This is a very special dish which I love so much as well as most of my family members. It has a special way of preparing it. My sister got all the skills in Preparing this special dish. Below is a video of how she was preparing this special dish

Water-fufu and Ero
Water-fufu and Ero is another special dish which is love so much. I got lucky my sister always cook this special dish in a special way because of the skills she have in preparing it.
Achu
This is also another dish she use to prepare. She rarely cook this dish because of the time and energy this dish is required in other to have it set at the table.. However, she still got special skills of cooking this dish
Sweet Potato and Cabbage
Ooh wow, sweet potato and cabbage is anther dish which is oftenly prepared by my sister. She always uses her cooking skills in Preparing this dish in a special way which I will eat and eat until I'm tired because of how tasty and delicious the meal is
Rice And Tomato sauce
This is one of the common dish my sister always prepare for us In the house. I can say that this is the highest dish I have been able to learn how to cook it from her because when ever she is cooking and if I'm at home, I always give her a helping hand.
Pepper Soup Yam
Woow, Pepper yam is another dish which I love but it's unfortunate my sister hardly prepare it because of how yam is always scarce. But I always enjoy eating it when ever she cooks it
Sweet Potato and Beans
Beans and sweet potato is also another dish which my sister always cook for us. It is also one of the most important and common food my sister always cook for us. She also use to cook this meal with the special skills she got and I always eat and enjoy it
As you can see, my sister is really taking special care of me because I eat good food on daily basis prepared by her😊. I can say I'm bulky now because of how I often eat good food prepared by her

Yes brother, ekwang is my most favorite dish and so luckily, she always prepare it at 100% to it's tasty. I'm sure if you test it then you might always always want to be eating it on daily basis

I now understand why you would run to my house each time I prepare any of these meals. I really love them too especially ekwang. I am thinking of preparing it on Tuesday next week.

😂You are right mom, I always bribe her for taking good care of me and she always know how to prepare my favorite. So this is why I always make sure I also take good care of her
