I also wanted to participate in The Food Diary Game Season 1 . Because it also allows me to contribute 50% of my post to the sf-charity account. So in this article I am going to write down the details of the meals I had yesterday.
🌅My Breakfast Meal🌅
It was 45 minutes past 5am when I woke up that day. After brushing my teeth and washing my face, I first entered the kitchen. I start my morning work after my breakfast. So that day I had the ingredients to make the hoppers at home. So I prepared egg hoppers, sambole and a cup of milk for my breakfast. It cost me💲0.75 to prepare my breakfast.
☕Ingredients needed to prepare my breakfast
🍳Nestomalt milk powder
🍳Maliban milk powder
🍳Red sugar
🍳Red rice flour
🍳A cup of coconut milk
🍳2 eggs
🍳A little bit of pepper powder
🍳Tablespoon of oil
I first made coconut milk with rice flour to make a hopper. Then set it aside for a while to bloom well. I used biscuits here as a blower. When the solution reached the correct level, I put a saucepan on the stove and poured about a tablespoon of oil into it. Then the hopper is easy to remove. Then put the condensed milk into the pan, remove the pan from the heat and arrange 2 hoppers in a circle around the pan. I arranged the hopper in a circle and then added an egg. I thus prepared two egg hoppers.
Then I prepared the cup of milk that I prepare in the morning as usual.
That is how I prepared my breakfast yesterday.
🌇My Lunch Meal🌇

🍥Red Rice

🍥pumpkin
🍥Okra
🍥Dry fish
🍥Green chillies
🍥Garlic
🍥Tomatoes
🍥Capsicum
🍥Two cups of coconut milk
🍥Chili powder
🍥Chili spices
🍥An egg
🍥2 tablespoons of muscari
It cost me about 💲2.2 to get this raw material. For lunch, I prepared a fried dry fish with okra special meal.
The other dishes I got for lunch were rice, pumpkin curry and a boiled egg. At home we often add to our lunch a balanced diet. Those are the foods I got for my lunch that day.
🌃My Dinner Meal🌃
My family members discussed to make wade for dinner, so I made wade for dinner that day. Most of the time we prepare a light meal for dinner at home. So that's why I decided to make Wade.
🧆The material needed to make the Wade
🍭250g of lentils
🍭Red onion
🍭garlic
🍭Pepper powder
🍭Chilli spices
🍭Green chillies
🍭A little salt
It cost me about💲1.5 for this raw material. After preparing all this, this is how I prepared the wade.
First the lentils were soaked in water and kept for several hours. Then the lentils were checked for looseness and finely chopped with a mortar and pestle. The peeled lentils are now removed from the mortar and the other ingredients I mentioned above, namely red onion, garlic and chilli, are finely chopped. Then add the chillies, green chillies and salt and mix well. Then the chopped peas were mixed well with this mixture. Then it was made into balls and fried in oil. That's how dinner was prepared that day.
