As of today, there are many users who use the hashtag #club5050 in their post and whose SP Power Up amount in the last 7 days is equal or more than the amount of steem they have transferred. On a monthly basis, most of them do not have the right to use the #club5050 tag. Can we continue to vote and select the posts of these users?
Some users, on the other hand, have the right to use the #club5050 tag in their posts from 7 days to 30 days (according to a 1-month calendar) according to the wallet activity period, but they have not Power Up in the last 7 days.
The two situations above made me a little hard on voting support and information with comments.
As a recommendation we can fully switch on November 15th and check #club5050 hashtag based on last 7 days of activity for the moment until November 15th. If the date is clear, users will be able to balance their wallet activity until November 15 to use the #club5050 hashtag.

We are checking back one calendar month.
That will reward people who have been powering up more, and cashing up less, even before #club5050 started.
If people are holding any liquid STEEM or SBD they can power that up to get back into #club5050 quicker.
Or they could even buy STEEM on an exchange which would be even better 😀

For users who were holding Liquid SBD and Steem even before the start of October and they powered it up completely for #club5050 making the powerup ratio way above 100%
Do these users have the same probability of getting rewards?
Every one that is meeting the one month rule for #club5050 has the same chance of getting a vote...
Since we're in the start of November and it would take time for the transition from 7 days to a month, will you still be checking PowerUps in the last 7 days?
Also, people, including me, have powered up considerably large amount of steem on the 1st. Would that be counted according to the new rule of #club5050 ?
I have high commitments as well as hopes on this platform. If you ever check my wallet transactions, you'll be able to see that the last time I cashed steem off steemit was a couple of months ago.
Now that CryptoAcademy is dormant for a couple of weeks, I will be looking for alternatives to build that steem power.
