Estimado amigos de Steemit, para hoy les muestro una receta sana y como siempre fácil, muy práctica para hacer; Realmente este platillo puede comerse hasta solas con una salsa de nuestra preferencia y son mis "Bolas de Berenjena". Se las recomiendo para salir de la rutina. ¡Espero les guste!.

Dear friends of Steemit, for today I show you a healthy recipe and as always easy, very practical to make; Actually this dish can be eaten alone with a sauce of our choice and they are my "Eggplant Balls". I recommend them to get out of the routine. I hope you like it!.

INGREDIENTES:

• 3 berenjenas pequeñas, 1 huevo, 1 pimentón, 4 ajíes dulces, 5 dientes de ajo, pan rallado, orégano en polvo, 1 rama de cilantro, 1 rama de cebollin, aceite para freír, sal al gusto.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 small eggplants, 1 egg, 1 paprika, 4 sweet peppers, 5 garlic cloves, breadcrumbs, oregano powder, 1 coriander branch, 1 chive branch, frying oil, salt to taste.

PREPARACIÓN:

• Lavar y rallar las berenjenas.
• Cortar finamente los aliños, y sofreírlos junto con la berenjena rallada.
• Agregar el orégano y la sal al gusto.
• Dejar reposar.
• Al estar en temperatura ambiente, se le agrega el huevo y el pan rallado.
• Amasamos y hacemos las bolitas.
• Freímos hasta dorar.
• ¡LISTO AMIGOS!

PREPARATION:

• Wash and grate the eggplants.
• Finely cut the dressings, and sauté them together with the grated eggplant.
• Add oregano and salt to taste.
• Let rest.
• Being at room temperature, you add the egg and breadcrumbs.
