¡Cucumber Canoes!
For this occasion I decided to prepare this very divine and healthy salad. It can be filled with everything that can make a salad, very refreshing, highly recommended for diets. The cucumber has diuretic properties, very rich in fiber and helps with heartburn problems. It contains vitamins A, B, C and E, apart from the vegetables with which I stuffed, makes this salad too tasty. I hope you like it!.
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumber, 2 peppers (1 green and 1 red), 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of coriander, 1 medium onion, salt to taste and mayonnaise.
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the cucumbers, then cut them in half and extract the seeds with a spoon.
- Finely cut all the ingredients, season them with salt to taste and mayonnaise and proceed to fill the canoes.
- I gave it a sailor touch with an extension stick and banana leaf.
- A different way of eating salad! Especially very refreshing for this tropical climate.
