Amigurumi de Doctor Peste / Dr Plague (Es/En)
¡Saludos! en esta ocasión les comparto la realización del amigurumi del dibujo del Doctor Peste que les compartí en el post anterior.
Greetings! This time I share the making of the amigurumi of the drawing of Doctor Plague that I shared in the previous post.

Los materiales utilizados para el tejido fueron hilo acrílico para crochet, en colores blanco, negro, gris, marrón y amarillo, el relleno es fibra sintética antialérgica, la estructura está hecha de alambre dulce, los detalles metálicos con aros reciclados de bisutería así como algunas cuentas blancas similares a la forma de Ajos y una cuenta de madera para el bastón.
The materials used for the knitting were acrylic crochet thread, in white, black, gray, brown and yellow colors, the filling is anti-allergy synthetic fiber, the structure is made of wire, the metallic details with recycled jewelry rings as well as some White garlic-like beads and a wooden stick bead.
Proceso/Process
En primer lugar realicé la estructura de alambre dulce, esto permite que el amigurumi pueda sostenerse en pie así como articular las extremidades, el tejido comienza por el cuerpo de manera ascendente desde los pies y las piernas por separado hasta la unión entre la entrepierna que permite continuar el cuerpo.
Firstly, I made the wire structure, this allows the amigurumi to stand up and articulate the extremities, the knit starts up the body from the feet and legs separately up to the junction between the crotch that allows to continue the body.
Igualmente, los brazos tejidos por separado se unen a la estructura, la cabeza completa el cuerpo, una vez alcanzado este nivel realicé los detalles de vestimenta adaptándolos al cuerpo, es importante señalar que el relleno se va introduciendo al tiempo que se va avanzando en el tejido, el amigurumi resultante mide 14 cm.
Likewise, the separately knitten arms join the structure, the head completes the body, once I reached this level I made the details of clothing adapting them to the body, it is important to note that the padding is introduced as you progress in the knitting, the resulting amigurumi measures 14 cm.
Importancia del boceto de tejido / Importance of the sketch
Llevar a la tridimensionalidad un dibujo por medio del tejido es una de las labores artísticas que mas emociona, puesto que si bien es cierto que los detalles de las formas nunca son obtenidas a su cabalidad, tener una idea real de cómo quedará el amigurumi por anticipado mediante la realización de un boceto es algo que fortalece la seguridad de cada acción de tejido, proveyendo cualquier inconveniente de proporción.
Bringing a drawing to three-dimensionality through weaving is one of the most exciting artistic tasks, since while it is true that the details of the forms are never fully obtained, having a real idea of how the amigurumi will look in advance by making a sketch it is something that strengthens the security of each knitting action, providing any inconvenience of proportion.
La importancia de la realización de un boceto de tejido no solo recae en la escogencia de los colores y los materiales, sino también en los rasgos del diseño, la adaptabilidad del punto a utilizar y por supuesto las dimensiones del objeto. Es por ello que en esta nueva etapa de mi proceso, quise hacer algo mucho más enriquecedor y no hacer solo un boceto estructural como suelo hacerlo, sino también darle vida y hacer que el mismo dibujo fuera digno de compartir.
The importance of making a sketch lies not only in the choice of colors and materials, but also in the design features, the adaptability of the stich of knit to be used and, of course, the dimensions of the object. That is why in this new stage of my process, I wanted to do something much more enriching and not just make a structural sketch like I usually do, but also bring it to life and make the same drawing worth sharing.
