El desafío plantea que como líder de la nación y teniendo el "máximo poder", que cambios estaríamos dispuestos a hacer para que nuestro país sea un mejor lugar para vivir. Obviamente, con las responsabilidades que este cargo conlleva, difícilmente sera muy poco lo que se puede lograr en tan solo 24 horas, ¿o tal vez no?

Como Abogado y en esta posición, sin duda alguna, lo primordial seria cambiar el Ordenamiento Jurídico por completo... Ya que en nuestro país absolutamente todo esta regulado por una ley especifica, ya sea en materia: Civil, penal, administrativa, económica, social, cultural, etc... Así que, para realizar cualquier plan de acción en una de estas áreas, debe contar con su respectivo respaldo jurídico para que tenga validez.

Since in our country absolutely everything is regulated by a specific law, be it in matters of: Civil, criminal, administrative, economic, social, cultural, etc ... So, to carry out any action plan in one of these areas, you must have your respective legal backing to be valid.

Es tan sencillo como mencionar un simple ejemplo: Un ciudadano "común" es capturado in fraganti robando un celular, e inmediatamente es procesado y condenado en una cárcel de alta peligrosidad (Y se le llama ladrón o delincuente)... Mientras que un político es sorprendido hurtando fondos del Estado (los cuales pertenecen a todos los ciudadanos), entonces es llevado a una cómoda prisión con todos los lujos que puedas imaginar (Y se le llama Corrupto)... Y esto, en el mejor de los casos, porque posiblemente cuando le vayan a procesar, ya estará fuera del país, pidiendo asilo político y autodenominándose un perseguido político 😡... Y pregunto: ¿Este no es igualmente un ladrón, un delincuente?

Pero considero necesario que el brazo largo de la ley, llegue a todos por igual; y no hacer tanto alarde de esos vagos conceptos que puede proporcionar inmunidad e impunidad a tanto "político" corrupto que lamentablemente daña a nuestro país.
