On enjoying the criminal investigations by Lewis: The importance of being curious and open!
Lewis is a British criminal serial which was show non ITV from 2005 to 2015. The serial is a spin-off of the British crime serial Inspector Morse. The main role as the police investigator is Lewis, and he is played by Kevin Whately. The actions are laid to Oxford, around the university there, and this university has a star in all kinds of history ever!
Inspector Morse was a film and criminal serial going on in the environment within and outside Oxford, and the actions are always connected to a criminal issue or a murder. We cannot find stars in all environments on the globe, and we cannot always find enough knowledge there, but we should be calm and reflective, and being engaged with doing good choices in good environments. Life is too short to dictate some people to change their life philosophy and ways of doing, but we should not expect to find perfect environments ever place. The complete name to Lewis is Robbie Lewis, and these criminal issues were a sequel from Inspector Morse. Lewis was the assistant in Inspector Morse, but in Lewis Robbie Lewis has the main role.
So, Lewis is about actions with a murder inside and outside Oxford. Britisk krim. Inspector Lewis and his partner James Hathaway, and James Hathaway’s real name is Laurence Fox, are solving puzzles in the university city Oxford. Lewis finds a corpse in each episode, and after that he is wondering about what has happened, how it happened, and why it happened. This crime serial is about using your senses to explain what is going on. And there is dark sides of life everywhere.
Lewis is solving mysteries, and there are stories there to catch and to explore. So, Lewis must be careful, expectantly, curious and open to be an admired criminal detective. After given us 33 episodes on TV, the end of this criminal serial is definitely there. The first episode was on TV on 29. January 2006, and the latest episode was given to the markets on 10. Novemger 2015. The different channels in the TV-markets have been many, but the core network of TV-channels is ITV, STV, UTV, Granada Television and ITV HD. The composer of this serial is Barrington Pheloung. And you will find the series interesting, exciting and compelling. You cannot win a criminal war or any war until you have rejected one belief or two or more beliefs. All battles are there with the point to win, and all kings in the history of heroes according to Snorre Sturlason did not trust anything. You should not lose the wars in question unless you are forced. Nobody can tell you what to do, and therefore you and I do what we like and appreciate in the short run and in the long run!
Besides in the TV-programs «Morse» and «Lewis», Kevin Whately is best known for the role as Jack Kerruish in «The Village Doctor», and this film had its heyday in the 1990s. This serial gave Kevin Whately an annual salary of one million pounds. But this criminal issues also contributed to the few and real scandals of his life. Kevin Whately is a person that we love on TV, and he is a human being as we all are. And the bodies are just anatomies that are working in normal ways.
In a good crime tradition, we are getting clues and more clues, and fortunately it does not be too obvious. We are just following Lewis and Hathaway, and they are coming in situation to situation, and one must be concentrated to follow all the details and getting the philosophy of what is happening in this crime serial and why. Much is happening during 1,5 hour, but we do not always get the whole explanation for the criminal case, although Lewis is open-minded and clever. Mobile phone calls are getting a little too easy in action. The crime serial is on the whole an intelligent film, and these episodes are packed with literary references. «Lewis» is a mystical and interesting film, and we can find the philosophy in these crime series by reflecting and thinking around Francis Bacon (1665) about that «revenge is a kind of wild justice». Hence, we need the philosophy in life to reflect carefully, in addition to our own assessments and by using our intelligent systems. This crime serial is a crime with IQ, and we should study Bertrand Russell and why things are happening instead of accepting too much and being mistakenly too humble. We should be both defensive and offensive when solving problems, also criminal issues. We can also think around «The Changeling» of Thomas Middleton and William Shakespeares «Titus Andronicus». We should be strong in literature in many positions, and all is about giving messages and statements internally and externally in organizations.
