Mirage of a transformation | Photography contest and giveaway #7 📷📲😎

This year began loaded with many things; one more day, it is a leap year, the three most important energetic portals of the century, the outbreak of a disease worldwide, ..., many events and those that are about to occur, this indicates the greatness of that year 2020; We have to prepare! I did not escape all those momentous events of this year and it is that a short time ago I was suffering from a strong liver injury, the product of the savage treatment and neglect of my temple. At the beginning of the month of January I had proposed to resume my physical training and for that reason I took the following photo to later, at a certain time, notice if my workouts were giving me results. A first week of pre-training and stretching to regain my normal training conditions, get my muscles used and activate my motivation.

A week later I started to feel strong abdominal discomfort and then a burning in the stomach mouth, stop all extreme physical activity immediately. Two days passed and the burning continues with more intensity, I visited a doctor and he sent me to do a series of examinations. After having the results, the doctor diagnosed me with Viral Hepatitis A; from that moment I began a total rest of approximately 45 days, strict nutritional diet and a meticulous care to combat the irrigation of my liver. Before I started leaving my house, I was planning to cut my hair; liver disease requires care and transformation from the inside, so as I improved from the inside I had to transform from the outside as well. My haircut was totally extreme and 360 degrees. I went from having a great hair of medium length to being shaved.

It is very common to see ourselves in the mirror and reflect our being, I was lucky to take a photo in the mirror just a week before I got sick and I took the second photo almost after I returned from cutting my hair; to compare my physical change and see if the disease made me lose part of my physique. Since I recovered I have not weighed myself; But looking at the images I conclude that it was not much body weight that I lost, it seems that what I lost was a little muscle mass due to the physical inactivity that I have ... those moments in bed without making any kind of movement, just the one of turning or turning periodically lol ... although right now I feel super cool, my rest and my diet are still present but not so strictly. The workouts (the gym) call me but I will stay a little longer away from all that to heal completely
