Colorchallenge Wednesday Yellow: A Bright Splash of Color in the Garden!

I decided to create a post in memory of the once popular #colorchallenge photo initiative, originally created by @kalemandra and which became one of Steemits longest running challenges... sadly, I don't think anyone does this, anymore.

Anyway, today's theme would have been "Wednesday Yellow;" Yellow is also the color corresponding to the Solar Plexus Chakra.

It is a bright and sunny day today, and you can really tell spring is here!

The forsythia is blooming; here in the northern hemisphere that's the earliest reminder of spring. It blooms bright yellow, long before it sets leaves, and generally before cherry trees and other fruit trees.

Sometimes you even see blooming forsythia while there is still snow on the ground!

I love the beauty of nature, and how we can let it serve as a kind of rebirth for the spirit, even in these days of lockdowns and deadly viruses.
