100 days if steem|| Day one of Beckie's dairy - July 4, 2020

I know it feels kinda weird to join in the challenge that started three months ago, presently in day 92. What can I say? I just joined steem today.

Regardless I'm going to give it a try and start my diary from today till the close of the contest. I'm a Nigerian, West Africa.

Activities for the day

I woke up to a bright new day. I'm alive today and I'm grateful for that. The gift of being alive today is one of the best gift I've ever received today among others.

I did my house chores of cleaning my room, the palor and the kitchen. There's division of labor in my house so my other siblings had their own share of chore.

I ate my breakfast of spaghetti and fried egg.

I ate it around 12pm because I finished late and also getting ready to make my Introductory post on steem. So it served as both my morning and afternoon food.

I'm not really a good type especially during this time of covid. I don't want to risk getting fat before I go back to school.

So I finished typing my Introductory post and head out to take some pictures to use for my Introductory post. I took a whole lot cause I needed pick the right one.

I tried out different attairs and in some I removed my glasses. Here is a screenshot of my gallery 👇👇👇

After I successfully picked two pictures I uste for my intro post I went on to explore steem. Commented on a few post and got myself a new friend and promoter of the blockchain @stephenkendal.

In my short interaction with him I noticed that he's a humble and willing to help. I asked him for advise and he gave me of which I'm most grateful.

In the afternoon, around 2:30pm I joined my mom in preparing our local food called breadfruit in English, Ukwa in Igbo.

It takes a long time to prepare so I use potash to quicken the process.

I took a plate of food cause I couldn't resist.

Beside my dish is cooked goat meat, the leg, incase you're wondering 😂.

In the evening I went to the car park in my neighborhood, Mararaba, Abuja, Nigeria, West Africa with my uncles to waybill my sister's boxes to another state in the country, Lagos State.

My sister got married 31st of May, 2020 and she left some of her clothes behind, today she called that it should be sent to her which we did.

It's going to take 3-5 working days for the the boxes to get to her. It doesn't matter because they aren't perishable products.
