  • Fresh pepper For you to preserve it you have to wash it and remove the sticks and then divide it from the middle and place it where there will be sunlight until it becomes dry then you can pound and keep it for your consumption

Most of the perishable goods can be preserved, tomatoes and spinach can be dry and kept for feature use. I grew up seeing my mother cutting tomatoes when it was cheaper in the market, or if we removed them from the farm, she sliced them dry for our use when they became expensive in the market.

The reason why we have dry okra in the market is that some people make a habit of drying them up for future use, I have also dried some of those crops and it helped me a lot

Method of drying corn, Some people remove their corn when is still fresh which is why we have fresh corn sellers by the roadside while others remove their corn when it dries from the farm then pill and dry it for storage for swallow, some make a storage room with much fire so that it will not spoil or eat up by Tammie

"Method of drying egusi* When you remove egusi from the farm You wash it at the stream then dry it until it's become dry for storage if not it will get spoiled if properly dried it can stay for more than 2 years without getting rotting

Method of drying yam: if you have the harvest yam, you can pill and slice it, then keep it in water for two days, then remove it and dry it in a clean environment. The same goes for cassava, but it stays in water for four days instead of two.

  • Do you know that fresh meat is sliced it can be dry for future use, dry meat tastes sweeter, but it can be preserved with the help of fire and a little salt many things that we use can be preserved for future use if only we give them a little time out of our schedules and take care of it in another way around right now

I'm drying pepper because it's cheaper, and a time will come when five pieces of pepper will be sold at 100 naira, but right now, in a very massive way, I can purchase it for just 100 naira. (If you know, you know.)

Thank you so much for stopping by I appreciate your kindness in my blog
