Quite a good personal security measures you have there ihbolace although your town is not filled with bad guys. It's still good to be safe.

But the citizens of Bangladesh are facing many problems because the police is not doing its proper duty.

Improper security management system happens to be a case for almost all countries now. It's a shame to see the government neglect it's duties to citizens rather they inflict pain by collecting bribes. It is really sad.
